Terms and Conditions of Booking
PRE-PAYMENTS
We kindly ask our guests to pay a full pre-payment of their activities in order to secure your gaming or area hire. All prices are stated on our prices & info pages. We ask that you accept our terms and conditions including our cancellation charges during the payment process.
All credit/debit card payments are securely handled by an industry-leading payment processor and are never stored on our website.
As outlined in our privacy policy we will not share your personal information with third parties for marketing purposes without your prior consent.
If you do not show up for your gaming or area booking your pre-payment will not be refunded. We ask all our gamers to arrive 15 minutes before your game time, if you are running late then please let us know. We can only hold your gaming area for 10 minutes. After this time, we cannot guarantee your booking, however we will do our best to fit you in if we can and allocate your pre-payment towards your restaurant bill if you dine with us. Pre-payments are non-refundable.
CANCELLATION POLICY
Partial refunds are not available for any advance payment.
Pins Leisure cannot provide refunds within 48 hours of the scheduled time.
Pins Leisure cannot provide a postponement of your booking within 24 hours of the scheduled time.
Bookings made less than 48 hours before the scheduled time are non-refundable.
Bookings made less than 24 hours before the scheduled time are non-refundable and cannot be
postponed.
Please note that we are unable to process refunds or credit for any last-minute changes, such as a
reduction in the number of guests.
Any booking increased to more than 14 people will be subject to the deadlines for ‘Advance Bookings
for more than 14 people’.
All postponed bookings are subject to the above based on the original scheduled date.
The rescheduled date for all postponed bookings must be within 6 months of the original scheduled
date.

Increasing the party size prior to arrival requires an additional payment per additional
guest.

DAMAGES
If there is any damage to any equipment, we reserve the right to charge the cost of the repairs. Please note that the word ‘gaming’ also applies to our private rooms and areas within the venue and any other bookable aspect of the venue.
AGE RESTRICTIONS
King Pins venues do not permit under 16s without the supervision of an adult aged 21 or older.
Refunds may not be given if groups are unable to provide valid id
