- DISCLAIMER FOR PERSONAL INJURY AND LOSS OR DAMAGE TO PROPERTY. IMPORTANT NOTICE.
- Our games include: ten pin bowling, batting cage (baseball or cricket), crazy pool, beer pong, ice-free curling, deck shuffle, shuffleboard, tech darts, tech shuffle, ping pong, karaoke, pool, bank shot shuffleboard, duck pin bowling, and mini golf. Some of our games are physically challenging and carry with them risks that we cannot entirely eliminate. These include the risk of personal injury. Please exercise caution, and always follow the safety rules and guidance outlined below.
- In the absence of any negligence or other breach of duty by us:
- participation in your chosen activity is entirely at your own risk;
- the use of our machinery, equipment or facility is entirely at your own risk.
- We have no liability for any injury arising from or in connection with the activities undertaken or use or misuse of the equipment provided or breach any of the conditions ( except in the case of death or personal injury caused by our negligence).

- GENERAL RULES
- You must act responsibly and sensibly at all times and follow any safety warnings or instructions displayed or given to you by a member of staff. Ask a member of staff if you are unclear.
- We are not qualified to express an opinion that you are fit to safely participate. You must obtain professional or specialist advice from your doctor before participating.
- Please report any breakages or spillages immediately to our staff.
- You must use equipment safely and as directed, behave sensibly and follow any safety instructions to avoid hurting yourself or others.
- Be careful where you’re walking as some surfaces can be slippery such as our ice-free curling lanes (and never walk on the lanes with heeled shoes).
- Inform us if you have any allergies. The sand used in Shuffleboard and Tech Shuffle contains a blend of walnut shell but not the walnut itself. Nutshell contains fewer allergens than the nut itself, and the danger of an allergic reaction is therefore considerably less.
- GOLF
- At no point should the head of the golf club be raised above waist height or used in a manner deemed irresponsible.
- At no point can you walk, stand or climb on any of the course features, fixtures or fittings. You must stay on the defined walking areas at all times.
- These requirements are closely monitored by security and course staff. We have a zero tolerance policy on this and any party seen breaking these rules will be asked to leave immediately. No refunds are available to any guests asked to leave the venue.
- BOWLING
- If using your own shoes, please ensure they are a safe, flat-soled and non-marking shoe. Heels, open-toe, flip-flops or similar footwear are not permitted, bowling shoes can be found at the games desk.
- Do not step over the bowling line at the start of the lane surface, our lanes are coated with a special oil varnish to protect them, the bowling surface is really slippery.
- Pick up the balls carefully and hold with both hands. Children should use the lightest ball we offer, please ask in venue if you are unsure.
- Do not throw the balls anywhere other than down the bowling lane.
- Whilst you are waiting to bowl, please do not touch the balls that are on the rack as your fingers could become trapped when the ball returns.
- Do not place your hand inside the ball return at any time. Wait until the ball has returned fully onto the rack, if a ball does not return fully, please ask a member of our team to assist you.
- Should you notice any slippery surface or spill a drink yourself, please call over one of our team members who will be happy to help.
- Please don’t move bowling balls between ball returns at risk of dropping and hurting yourself.
- BATTING CAGE
- We recommend wearing something that you can comfortably swing a bat and hit a ball with.
- Only one person is allowed in the batting cage at any one time.
- Always stand within the highlighted box when batting.
- Watch the screen carefully for the visual representation of a ball thrower to know when the ball will be released and do not turn your back to the screen whilst the game is in play.
- Only bats provided by us are to be used, and personal bats are not permitted.
- Do not remove any equipment from the batting cage.
- No food or drinks are allowed inside the batting cage.
- BEER PONG AND CRAZY POOL
- We simply request that groups be mindful of other tables and do not overcrowd the beer pong or crazy pool areas.
- We allow beer pong to be played with drinks other than beer, such as cider, prosecco, soft drinks, hard seltzers, or non-alcoholic drinks, but we don’t allow you to play beer pong with spirits or shots.
- TECH DARTS
- We have markers in front of every board showing you where you should stand. Please exercise caution and don’t stand in-between a player and the dartboard.
- The dartboard technology will only work with the special darts we provide so you can’t bring your own darts.
